the berlin fashion week_su_13 was massive_more fairs_more showrooms_more new and upcoming designer collections_fantastic runway shows in the mercedes benz tent at the „gold else“ siegessäule and shows in off-site locations. with more than 7 main fashion locations the complete program is even with a team of 3 persons hard to handle….so we had to focus our program for our trend research_here are some personal highlight picts from different fairs and shows during the mercedes benz fashion week: premium_bread and butter_seek_capsule_collect_show&order_green showroom_lavera show-floor

gravity stool_concept_ winner of the german design award @ DMY

the dmy international design festival was once again amazing: here is my personal highlight and winners of the festival price. with more than 35700 visitors, the 10th edition of the dmy festival as well as the exhibition of the german design award »designpreis der bundesrepublik deutschland« have been a great success.

„gravity stool“ by jólan van der wiel (the netherlands) was one of the 3 winning concepts_magnetic fields in the machine, in opposition to one another, determines the final shape of the gravity stool:
